Bill Stoneham an artist created his best master piece in 1972 and he decided to call it ' The Hands Resist Him' but it's more familiarly known as 'eBay haunted painting. Yes it's said to be haunted for decades. As you could see painting is a portrait of a little boy standing with his doll, both the boy and the doll are creepy, but there's something much creepier it's the number of hand prints that could be seen in the back ground glass It seems as it someone or something is trying to enter the dimension of humans. Well the explanation about the painting by it's artist explains a lot, the artist says that the picture is based on the picture of artist when he was five years old. The artist further adds that the door way is like a dividing line between the world of walking and the world of fantasy, and the hands represent alternate life's. He also adds that the doll is the guide that will escort the boy to the other world. Well it seems some one was aware of dimensions and also found a portal to travel between dimensions at the age of five. Can't say everything is fake. Dimensions may exist. As every urban legends this photo also earned it's name in internet as a haunted portrait when it was auditioned for sale at eBay at 2000 February along with haunted background. And it was also mentioned in eBay that there was some kind of spell or curse on this painting. It was also included that the characters on the painting moved during night. It was also claimed that sometimes the characters in the painting use to come out of the painting and use to enter the room where the painting was kept. Also a case occurred one photographer reported that the doll of the girl threatened him with a gun in it's hand, well that's spooky. Some people also claimed that just looking at the photograph for a while made them fell ill and also unpleasantness and unexplained things began to happen because of the painting. Also the artist has said that the owners of the gallery in which the photo was exhibited has died within a year of exhibiting the picture. There are much more creepier incidents about the picture but they don't seem to be that real, so i am not going to mention about them. Only thing I wish to say is this haunted painting has been terrorizing peoples for decades.
