You Can Never Know What True Fear Is, If you Have Not Experienced Sleep Paralysis.

Science or Spirit ?

Sleep Paralysis occurs when the brain and body aren't quite on the same line when it comes to sleep. in REM sleep, dreaming is frequent, but the body muscles are relaxed to the point of paralysis, may be to keep people from acting out their dream's. That's what researchers say about it, but in this blog of mine I would never go with their explanations, mine would be completely different that I experience and lot of others experience too.

True Fear.

You could never know what true fear is, if you  have not experienced sleep paralysis. Imagine waking up to find you can't move a muscle. It's very dark, but you are sure you fell someone ore something  is in your room, near your bed or siting on your chest, crushing you and not allowing you to even make a noise or call for help and it is sucking the breath out of you.
Some face it frequently, while some only once or twice in their life. Even some can't go for sleep fearing paralysis. Is this a waking nightmare or demon's at work ? will discuss about it in the next post.
